Staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent, sister hotel superb with fabulous food. Food at V&A also excellent with huge variety for breakfast. Handy to all activities. V&A Mall contained great cafe and shops.

Lovely hotel, very attentive staff when our flights were cancelled at the last minute and they managed to put us up for two further days. A bit disappointed that we had to go to another hotel because of lack of availability for the weekend as our flight was 4 days late.

Super location, super view. Rooms are very spacious. Great Breakfast. Great staff especially Chris who arranged for us two adjacent rooms despite that the hotel was fully booked. boutiques and shops in the Ground floor add to the great vibe of the hotel.

Staff were so friendly, perfect location and great room

You cant beat the central location on the waterfront, which as a solo traveller, was also very safe to explore at night. I stayed in a loft room, which was comfortable and spacious, with a view of the waterfront and table mountain - it was also great to be able to open the windows and have fresh sea air in the room. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and has options of cooked meals, and was excellent.

The location is perfect and the staff went out of their way to please us. The food was also good.

A very central location which is safe and easily identifiable. The staff were just wonderful. Special mention to the Manager Celeste who looked after us at Ginja for breakfast every morning. As well as Redaa who got us our Ubers and helped with our bags.
